Why should I not tell people my plans?
In 2009, Gollwitzer and his colleagues published research suggesting the simple act of sharing your goal publicly can make you less likely to do the work to achieve it. Researchers concluded that when someone notices your identity goal, that social recognition is a reward that may cause you to reduce your efforts.
Why you should tell other people about your goals?
Researchers say that sharing your goal with a higher-up does more than keep you accountable, it also makes you more motivated, simply because you care what this person thinks of you. For example, telling a mentor or manager about your hopes to get promoted could light a fire under you more than, say, a peer or friend.

In my tribe, it is believed that if your plans are released any how, people with negative energy such as witches, will spoil the plan or try to prevent your plan from happening. Negative energy can also come from evil eye, which is often a result of jealousy and/or envy.
Why do people appear in Your Life?
Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there. They are meant to serve some sort of purpose, to teach you a lesson, or to help you figure out who you are and who you want to become. People do not just randomly appear into our lives, there is a reason behind it.

They are meant to cross our paths for a reason.” –Unknown I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, whether we know the reason or not. Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there.
Do people just randomly appear in our lives?
People do not just randomly appear into our lives, there is a reason behind it. The timing of people coming into our lives is incredibly important as well. I believe that there is no such thing as coincidence, only reason and purpose. Often, I hear or read something from someone and feel that the person was led into my life for a reason.
