CTS is better compared to TCS since there is no bond in CTS . While comparing package, TCS is better than CTS. If you are fresher, then you can adopt to CTS rather than TCS. Work pressure is comparably high in CTS and just before they have incremented the package for old batch.

Vacation leaves and Sick Leaves can be carried to next year( not sure how much). Personal Leaves expire every year.

I left Cognizant in 2014 due to some politics involved in Promotion and Hike. Almost after 9 months Cognizant Recruitment team started sending me mails for job openings. I applied for the role and appeared in the interview.
