Does muscle help in a street fight?
Muscle can help but also can be counter preductive. If you train too much bicep you’re punches will just get slow, you need to proportion it out. I may be wrong, but mass probably wouldn’t in a street fight. You would be better off working out with a heavy bag and doing high cardio and high rep workouts for that.
