What is hacking and how does it work?
Definition: Hacking is an attempt to exploit a computer system or a private network inside a computer. Simply put, it is the unauthorised access to or control over computer network security systems for some illicit purpose. White hat professionals hack to check their own security systems to make it more hack-proof.
Hacking is essentially finding a way to do something the original software was not intended to. That is done by playing with the inputs to give a different output (one that is usually good for the hacker, such as sensitive information)

Programming. A background in computer science or programming will help you significantly as a beginner hacker.
