- Tell the story about what prompted the change. Tell people what inspired you to change your behavior.
- Get them to talk about their own changes. Admit that you might not see the changes other people are working to make.
- Ask for their help in your continuous growth.

Why do people tell me that I’ve changed?
Sometimes people use telling you that you’ve changed as a way to manipulate or control you. If you are making positive changes in your life and evolving as a person, people close to you may not approve of the new fabulous you and complain about it. Don’t worry about the naysayers, you need to get on with it and do what’s best for you.
