What to do when you dont have enough time to study?
Just sitting down and trying to work on whatever comes. Instead of doing that, think about the topics that you should be focusing on and focus on them one solid step at a time and set specific goals for each study session. Try studying in short bursts. Using the Pomodoro technique has been effective for me.

How can I trick my mind to study?
Tune out – Having specific music (preferably classical or something without lyrics) or white noise (think those cd’s with rainforest or storm sounds) that you listen to while completing tasks can trigger your brain into recognizing when it’s time to work. It can also tune out noises that may be distracting.
How can I maximize my time to learn?
So you need to make sure that you maximize every second of what little time you do have. This mean’s creating a learning plan, a curriculum, and sticking to it. But you can also maximize the return on your time investment by narrowing in on what you are learning instead of aimlessly learning a little bit of everything.

Is spaced repetition an effective way to study?
When it comes to spaced repetition, spacing is a very effective way to study. If it feels ineffective don’t trust your feelings–it usually feels ineffective and it almost always works. The main strategy to keep in mind is that you should try not to do “massed” study, where you study something and then restudy it right away.
How do you let go of trying to do everything?
When you give something your focus, really be present. Saying no to worthwhile projects, and letting go of the idea that we can do everything, is very difficult. But it’s not more difficult than trying to do everything and not getting enough sleep and being overly stressed out.
