Is Studying Abroad Risky?
Being abroad makes you no more, or less, susceptible to crime unless you happen to be staying in a country or region that is known for having a particular problem. Instead, you are most likely to succumb to the type of crime you might find in your local city, such as having your pocket picked or your phone stolen.
Do u need good grades to study abroad?
Most study abroad programs require a minimum of a 3.0 GPA, and programs accepting students with a GPA under 2.5 are rare. But low grades don’t have to ruin your dreams of studying overseas. There are limited programs with relaxed requirements out there—you just have to be motivated and know where to look.
At what age will I go abroad?
The age limit for high school exchange programs are usually 15. To study abroad at colleges and universities you should have finished high school so then you would usually be 18+. However age limits vary by country.
Should I study abroad if I am middle class?
Yes, we do need to plan before making a move we do also need to manage our finances but don’t ditch the idea of studying abroad only because you are middle class ( i personally don’t believe in “financial” classes). Go study do your best and please score decent in your IELTS, GRE/TOEFL.

Point no. 2, “studying abroad” has another connotation of being open and adventurous. People who study abroad undoubtedly gain experience and worldly knowledge. I am not generalizing that everyone returns having become a smart professional, but it does polish people. Overall its a good learning experience.
