Is A4 a hard note to hit?
A4 is not an easy note for male singers. It is right above the usual male break of about F4-G4, and if you are a baritone, it will be even harder (although highly possible through a decent amount of training) since unlike tenors it is most likely located right at the top of your chest register.
What note does a tenor start?

Can a baritone tenor sing in C4 range?
Even tenors are very unlikely to sing over C4. Anything higher is counter-tenor territory. I am a tenor and I can comfortably sing until A4 but A4-C4 range requires extra effort. It is not really your range extremes that define whether you are baritone or tenor, rather the really usable voice range.
Is F2 to A4 a good range for a tenor?
The range of F#2 to A4 in full voice is a range that indicates little about voice type. If you have an untrained voice that has an uneven scale yet manages to have a nice full sound up to A4 and with weaker lower notes, that would strongly suggest to me a tenor.
Is it possible to switch from baritone to tenor?
