In which episode Sakura ask Tsunade to train her?
In episode 141, Sakura asks Tsunade to train her, and in episode 147 she heals a fish with her medical jutsu and runs to tell her about it. Sakura training some more with Tsunade is shown in a flashback in Naruto Shippuden episode 26.
Why did Sakura become a medical ninja?
She wanted to become stronger, and Tsunade should have been a good fit for her – Sakura is supposed to be intelligent and good at finesse, so she should be good for medical skills.
Why did Sakura keep her hair long?
After all, the only reason she kept long hair was because of a rumor she heard about Sasuke liking that look. Forsaking this aspect of her character meant that she would start living life on her own terms and not rely on anyone else for validation, or so we thought.

While these two definitely share their moments over the course of the series, it’s still somewhat disappointing to see that these two never properly reconciled. Sakura definitely has her moments in the early stages of Naruto, with the voluntarily shearing of her hair being a landmark moment for the character.
