Why do companies hire hard working staff instead of lazy staff?
Succinctly put, because hard working staff are busy actually DOING their work unlike lazy ones who do/produce nothing. Since they don’t do anything, they have unlimited time on their hands. In my particular situation, my so-called helper apparently spent his time “brown nosing”.
