Can you wear a fursuit with glasses?
A couple of things to note about wearing glasses while fursuiting (and while getting a fursuit made): Make sure that your viewing field for the head is adequate for your needs. It is really important that you adjust the head appropriately and line up the eyeholes just right with the eyeglasses in mind.
How often should you brush your fursuit?
Be sure to go and brush the items every 30 minutes to an hour to help keep it fluffed as well as help the fur dry straight. This step is VERY important. If you don’t brush while drying, the fur will look nasty, so always brush! Brushing also helps aid the drying process.
What do you wear under a fursuit?
Under Armor Heatgear long sleeves shirt and leggings or lycra clothing to wear under your fursuit during performance. This will help keep you cool during wear. Under Armor or a lycra balaclava to wear on your head during performance. Under Armor or a lycra skullcap to wear on your head during performance.
What are Kemono fursuit eyes made of?
Buckram is a see-through mesh material. It is a common material used for the eyes of fursuits and other non-fursuit related crafts. [Blank white buckram] is just regular buckram.
How do you hand wash a fursuit?
Mix water with a small amount of soap/detergent, and saturate a small towel. Use the towel to sponge the inside of the head, squeezing the soapy water in thoroughly. Saturate a fresh small towel with clean water and sponge inside the head to rinse out the soapy water. Repeat if necessary.
Do Fursuits cool?
Wearing a cooling type under armor beneath your fursuit can make a huge difference in how hot you feel while in suit. Since under armor is designed to wick away sweat, it also goes a long way in keeping your fursuit dry and sweat free. A wet fursuit gets very short hugs!
Are Fursuits washable?
Turn the suit inside out. We recommend using a front-load washing machine, but a top-load agitator washing machine should do the trick if it’s large enough to accommodate your entire body.
