Can you date while in the military?
Yes, soldiers are allowed to date civilians, as well as other soldiers in the military. Officers and enlisted are not allowed to date. There are some exceptions if they were dating prior to joining the service, but you’ll want to check the regs for the details.

Almost immediately after arrival, your hair will be cut so short that it almost feels like you were shaved bald (guys only). After the initial haircut, you’ll get a trim at least once per week during basic training.

Nineteen women on Monday started the one-time, integrated assessment at the Army’s two-month Ranger School.
