Can you choose Google Translate voice?
Google Translate can speak some translations in an automated voice, and different languages employ different voices in the translator. However, the only way to change the voice is to change the language.

- When told to “Speak now,” say what you want to translate.

Why is Tibetan not in Google Translate?
This looks like a Bo language. Not sure if you call it Tibetan as well. If so feel free to help Google improve it’s Translate database for the Tibetan language. It’s this reason, you cannot use it in the Google Translate app because the language is not Translated fully by Google yet.

Why can’t Google translate transcribe Arabic words into Roman letters?
The upshot is that most of the vowels (especially the short vowels) are not indicated in an abjad, so Google Translate cannot easily transcribe an Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, or Urdu word into Roman letters. If it tried to transcribe them into the English alphabet, all you would get would be the consonants, which would be of faint help.
Does Google Translate have the correct vowels in Hebrew?
Hebrew and Arabic omit vowels in writing. Human readers easily supply the omitted vowels from context. But Google Translate also uses context, and quite well, as I’ve seen when using it to help me read Hebrew novels. So in theory, it has enough information to infer the correct vowels.
