Why is it important to live in a society?
The ultimate goal of society is to promote good and happy life for its individuals. It creates conditions and opportunities for the all round development of individual personality. Society ensures harmony and cooperation among individuals in spite of their occasional conflicts and tensions.
Why people accept social influence. There are a number of reasons why people allow social influences to affect their thoughts and behavior. One reason is that we often conform to the norms of a group to gain acceptance of its members. Additionally, group conformity enables a sense of cohesion within a society.
Can society survive without the presence of social institutions?
Social Institutions are the establishment in a society that makes the society function. Without the social institutions a society cannot achieve fulfilment in terms of economy, academy or relationships.
Why is love important to society?
Love, compassion, a common sense of community- any synonym to the word ‘love’- binds people together. Society functions because humans combine efforts together and accomplish feats. Even if it is not ‘love’ itself, there is a certain sense of community that connects one person to the other.
Why do we live vicariously?
To live vicariously means to live through the actions of another. In other words, instead of exerting his or her own energy to achieve something, the person watches from the sidelines and gains a thrill through the experience of someone else.
