Which is your Favourite city in the world?
The market-research organisation, Ipsos, has conducted its first poll to find “The World’s Favourite City”. In February, over 18,000 “global citizens” in 24 countries were asked to rate cities as places to do business in, to live in, and to visit. New York beat London and Paris to the overall top spot.
What is your favorite city in India?
Favorite City – Mumbai Mumbai is my favorite city in India and I am prompted to visit that city every year. It is known as the city of dreams because that is where careers are usually made. I love Mumbai because it is the only city in India that remains alive at all times of the day.
Why is living in London great?
London is a great place to work, but it’s also the perfect place to relax with friends. With numerous bars and traditional British pubs to be found on every corner, there’s no shortage of places to socialise. London is one of the top 20 most safe cities to live in.

Do you like Street-viewing places you’ve never been to?
I absolutely love street-viewing different places I’ve never been. Although many places haven’t been mapped yet, you’d do yourself a favour to choose a setting that Google has done. Taking a stroll around the block in a foreign city or country is as easy as clicking your mouse.
Is it better to write about places you’ve never been?
Though the average person wouldn’t be able to pick up on small inaccuracies in research, there’s always someone who will (and will point it out). When writing about a place to which you’ve never been, the advantage you have over a historical writer is that—when all’s said and done—you can go to that place.
Is there such a thing as a “favourite” experience?
Surely we’ve all had mind-blowing experiences that escalate one particular place in the world to “favourite” status. Well, yes. And no. What is it then? Have I had that many mind-blowing experiences that I can’t choose? Is there not a stunning panorama that is ingrained in my vision every time I close my eyes? Well, yes. And no.
Is travel more about the people you are with than places?
Although neither experience was better or worse than the other, I barely recognized Paris as the same place, given how different the circumstances of each visit were. This leads me to the idea that travel is much more about the people you are with than the places you are visiting.
