Do you feel like you are spiraling and losing control?
You feel as if you are doing everything you can to move forward but no matter what you try, you either continue to feel stuck, and/or things just continue in a downward spiral. I was inspired to write this post as I feel like I am currently spiraling and losing control, in regards to some health concerns I have been experiencing.
How did your mind feel when you finally saw a therapist?
My mind felt completely blank. I’d had enough of feeling alone and scared and I finally saw a therapist. They used talking therapy and something called EMDR (Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) to help with me with my anxiety.
