What should I say when asked about another interview?
The best way to answer if you are interviewing with other companies is with honesty. If you are interviewing elsewhere, briefly mention that you are in the interview process with other companies. If you are not interviewing with other companies, let the hiring manager know why this position piques your interest.
How do you email recruiters about other offers?
Use a friendly email subject line. Refer to the hiring manager by their first name. Inform the manager about the other offer. Mention that you would prefer to work with them but that the other offer has benefits for your career that are unique.
What do recruiters do when an offer is rejected?

Why do recruiters ask what the salary of a candidate is?
Firstly, it can be in the best interest of the candidate. For instance, if another company has made an offer and the candidate lets me know what the salary is, I’ll try to make an offer that’s competitive or beats the other offer. Also, I usually ask this question to get a sense of what the candidate’s timeline is.
Why would a recruiter ask for a 10 000 foot view?
The interviewer, or recruiter, who asks this is trying to gauge from a 10,000 foot view whether or not they should make you an offer, how quickly they need to get that offer to you, and what that offer should be. If you have several offers with similar compensation packages they can use that as a going market rate for someone with your skills.
Why does a recruiter want to know where I’ve interviewed?
A recruiter wants to know where you’ve interviewed and for what types of jobs so that (1) they don’t “spin wheels” contacting who you’ve already contacted (tougher to get a fee for that), and they don’t want to blow your opportunity to get that job by creating confusion with the companies.
