Should I put parents occupation on common app?
Many colleges request family demographic information on the Family section of the Common App. You will be asked to report your parents’ occupation, employment status, and highest level of education completed.

Where is the occupation or employer on the passport application form?
As you can see, there is no place for the occupation or employer to be printed. They will not be printed on anywhere in the passport. Nor, to the best of my knowledge, will they be encoded on the RFID chip. If you notice, occupation is a required field on the application. But not employer.
