Can you learn how do you draw or are you born with it?
In fact, say scientists, while some are born with natural talent, anyone can learn to draw well. They believe skill results in part from an ability to remember simple relationships in an object such as an angle between two lines.
Are you born with the talent to draw?
At the end of the term, I had to come to the conclusion that yes, drawing is a learned skill for some and natural talent for others. So, the skills they were learning as a child (in terms of art), got squashed at an early age. That’s why as adults, you hear people say that they draw like a child. Well, sure!
Is being able to draw a talent?
It is both. A skill is something taught and learned, and through levels of learning, you develop expertise. A talent is an inborn and natural inherent ability. The ability to draw will come naturally for some people, and their natural ability can be enhanced by further training and developing higher skill.
Can I learn to draw without natural talent?
You can learn to draw, as long as you can hold a pencil. Even without natural talent, you will learn drawing, if you practice often. With enough motivation and dedication, anyone will learn drawing, if he/she believes in himself/herself. Taking the first steps is never easy.
Can anyone learn to draw?
Here’s the good news: anyone can learn. The bad news is, drawing’s hard. I can’t tell you how often I’ve been asked to draw something, in public, at a party, or wherever. Once people know I’m an artist, they’ll ask me to draw the craziest things. “Draw a caricature of George Bush,” they’ll say. Or, “My kid likes sailboats, do you draw sailboats?”
