I’ve taken very tiny doses (1/2 of a .25 pill) at times and larger doses (2 1/2 .25 pills) at other times depending on the levels of my anxiety and stress in my life. I’ve never built up a tolerance to it, and have had very little difficulty in decreasing the dose when it’s been time too.
