Thats because there are very few flat trucks in USA, in same way that it is very rare with nose trucks in Europe. I mean Scania used to make trucks like that in the past, but now only flat nosed ones. In US its all about nose truck and i have not a problem with that. I think the only way you will get cabovers in ATS is with mods.
