It means finding your purpose in life (we all have a purpose), it means digging deep into your childhood and revealing the experiences that shaped you… good and bad. It means realizing what your beliefs are and living by them. The effects of self-discovery include happiness, fulfillment, clarity and maybe even enlightenment!
What to do if you don’t understand something in class?
Try to meet some of your classmates and exchange contact information: This can be a valuable way to clarify things that you don’t understand in class. A classmate who seems to have a good grasp of the material can be a particularly good resource. Also, collaboration with other students is often more effective than studying alone.
