- 1) Breathe and meditate. Breathe with intention, and practice centering your mind on the present moment.
- 2) Take care of yourself.
- 3) Recall other difficult periods of your life that you’ve gotten through.
- 4) Call on your faith and courage.
Why do we suffer emotional pain?
Sometimes this emotional distress is the result of the actions of others. Other times, it might be the result of regret, grief, or loss. In other cases, it might be the result of an underlying mental health condition such as depression or anxiety.
What makes life so painful?
Governments,corporations,the mainstream media,and the religions. Humans are selfish.
Why does life hurt so much?
Life hurts and people hurt you because you allow someone to be your priority while allowing yourself to be their option. Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you or makes you happy.
Can we live a pain-free life?
Fear literally exacerbates physical pain, limits our ability to think clearly and propagates the cycle of suffering. Learning that you can break free from that cycle simply by shifting your own mindset not only allows you to live a more pain-free life, it also gives you the opportunity to use it a tool for growth.
